GSN offers cash counting, handling and logistics, including the maintenance of cash devices to three major banks in the Netherlands.
The technology upgrade will enable the firm to carry out cash counting and distribution efficiently, accurately and securely, while ensuring that the self-service device availability is maximized.
It will allow GSN to boost capabilities for cash management, incident and event management for self-service devices such as ATMs and in-branch deposit and cash recycling machines, as well as vendor management and business analytics.
GSN logistics head Barend Mutsaers said the new technology has already reduced operational cost, and increased decision making using industry business analytics.
Fiserv offers currency forecasting, device management, deposit management, enterprise track and trace, and deposit reclassification, to various financial organizations.
