Under terms of the merger, the Citizens National Bank offices will be re-branded as LCNB National Bank, while the management and employees will remain unchanged.

Based on an agreement, former CNB President and CEO Tom Beard will assume the post of regional president of LCNB and continue serving the financial and loan needs in Ross, Fayette and surrounding counties.

Beard said, "Our customers will enjoy the same personal service but with the added financial services like a full-service Trust and Investment Department, a higher lending limit and mobile banking."

Established in 1877 and headquartered in Lebanon, LCNB operates as financial holding company and its wholly-owned subsidiary bank manages 31 offices in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Montgomery, Ross, and Warren Counties, Ohio.
