In his new role, Douville will report to Trevor Evancic, managing director and head, RBC National Client Group and Martin Thibodeau, regional president, Quebec, RBC.

RBC Quebec headquarters president Martin Thibodeau said his experience will enable the company to continue producing satisfactory results and increase market share, primarily in regions with strong potential.

At RBC Capital Markets, Douville was accountable for managing relationships with mid-market public and private companies in Quebec, and fulfill their financial needs through RBC’s suite of lending products and capital markets advisory services.

Having more than 30 years of expertise of commercial financial services, Douville has been one of the founding members and manager of RBC Technology Ventures.
