The lender had integrated mobile RDC into its product roadmap in 2012, and the recent technology upgrade will further boost its technology capabilities, while improving customer service.

Susquehanna Bank product support and service delivery senior vice president and director Melissa Hoffman said, "Partnering with Wausau provides our customers a solution that meets their needs while being extremely user-friendly."

Further, the lender is also planning to replace its legacy risk management system with Wausau’s Merchant RDC, to enhance risk assessment capabilities including day-zero risk analysis built within the application.

Designed to protect from legal and compliance risks, RDC application can be implemented remotely, to reduce the problems associated with transitioning hundreds of merchant customers to a new platform.

Additionally, the lender is also planning to implement other applications such as mobile bill pay, person-to-person payments and actionable alerts, including low-funds alerts, in future.

Operating as a subsidiary of Susquehanna Bancshares, the bank offers banking and financial services through 261 offices in the mid-Atlantic region.
