Mr Kyprianou was promoted through a succession of senior positions and currently serves as the company’s senior vice president and COO, with overall responsibility for the company’s mortgage underwriting and sales activities, and Visa operations.

Brian Mosko, who has served as senior vice president of Home Capital and Home Trust, will assume the additional role of COO on January 1, 2008. Mr Mosko joined Home Trust in 1989 and most recently has directed the company’s centralized mortgage servicing and administration departments.

Gerald Soloway will continue in his role as CEO, and as a director of both Home Capital and Home Trust. It is anticipated that by delegating certain operational responsibilities, Mr Soloway will remain well positioned to focus on the company’s strategic directions and on potential acquisition and growth opportunities, going forward.

Also effective at the time of these two appointments will be various other senior management promotions to senior vice president, vice president and assistant vice president level positions within the company.

Mr Soloway said: I am delighted that Mr Nick and Mr Brian will soon be assuming these key operating roles. Having worked with both of them closely over the years, I know that they have the skills and experience required to balance all the critical factors that have contributed to the company’s past successes, and which are the foundation for an equally bright future.
