Thomas, in the new role, will be in charge of the financial hosting, network and managed services business’ development and management.

Reporting to COO Terry Roche, Thomas will be based in New York and will work closely with NYSE Technologies’ Content and Liquidity Solutions teams.

Prior to NYSE Technologies, he worked at Savvis as global head of financial services and led the global managed IT and Cloud infrastructure strategy, business development and solutions for the unit across capital markets, banking and insurance.

At Savvis, he also led the collaborations of major global alliances in both capital markets and banking technology deploying integrated solutions leveraging infrastructure, applications and content.

Thomas also held several leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Bridge Information Systems supporting financial applications and technology as well as worked at Smith Barney’s market data and trading services team.
