Caroline, who joined the group from Brunswick, will be responsible for corporate communications across NYSE Euronext’s European business, including media relations and executive communications.
She will report to Robert Rendine, senior vice president and head of Global Communications.
Caroline joined Brunswick in 1997 in London, moving to Paris in 2000, where she was responsible for the creation and development of Brunswick’s Paris office.
Prior to Brunswick, Caroline worked as a broker at Willis Corroon specializing in French reinsurance.
Rendine said Caroline’s background, strategic capabilities and professional accomplishments will make her an immediate, strong contributor to the firm’s leadership team in Europe.
