According to TriNovus, the combined business will provide products and services to more than 300 institutions across the 36 states in US.

eBank Systems will retain existing data center operations in Lubbock, Texas and will add an additional processing center in Birmingham. Sales and marketing for the company will be headquartered in Alabama.

TriNovus said that acquisition of eBank will provide additional capital to the organization and will facilitate the enhancement of current technology and the development of new technologies.

TriNovus founder and CEO David Brasfield has over 25 years experience providing core processing solutions to community financial institutions, having previously founded SBS Corporation, SBS Data Services and Brasfield Technology.

Brasfield said that eBank Systems was an attractive fit for TriNovus because it offered a solid core technology platform with an experienced and competent support staff that would help to expand the scope of the current technology solutions that TriNovus offers.
