The Diebold Keep In Touch (D-KIT) customer relationship management (CRM) platform has been combined with Agilis 3.0 multi-vendor software to enable KBank customers to personalize ATM screens and save favourite transactions for quick access.

The company is also adding 700 new Opteva 529 and 569 ATMs to KBank’s fleet of nearly 7,000 Diebold terminals, while providing outsourced services to support the bank’s ATM personalization deployment strategy.

KBank payment product and eChannel development support department first vice president Srihanath Lamsam said that by enabling personalization at the ATM increasing customer satisfaction and strengthens their relationship with the institution.

"By creating favorite transactions, for example, our customers can complete transactions faster, which not only saves them valuable time, but also reduces wait times for other customers," Lamsam added.

Delivering advanced functionality and enhanced consumer security, KBank’s new cash dispensers are equipped with 2-D barcode readers and advanced security features, including Advanced Skimming Protection, EMV and PCI compliant devices and integrated cameras and digital video recorder.

Established in 1945, KBank currently operates 877 branches across Thailand, as well as 10 international offices.

As of March 31, 2013, KBank registered capital of THB30.48bn ($979.7m), had total assets of THB2.1trn, total deposits of THB1.42trn, and total loans of THB1.36trn.
