Roos and Cartrette will serve as investment advisors with Cardinal Wealth Services, offering a wide range of financial products and services through Raymond James Financial Services, an independent broker/dealer.
The bank said both advisors will be responsible for trading and investment oversight, individual portfolio management, and business development in their respective markets.
Roos will join Cardinal Wealth Services team with over 25 years of investment experience. He will serve clients in Loudoun County. He will join the firm from TD Wealth Management, where he served as a financial advisor.
Earlier, Roos has worked for major investment firms including Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley and UBS Paine Webber.
Cartrette is a seasoned investment professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He will in the greater Prince William region.
Most recently, Cartrette was a financial advisor with PNC Investments. Prior to PNC, he owned his own financial company in Maryland.
