In this new role, Mr Santayana will report to Steve Garnett, the managing director and head of the alternative execution product group. He will focus on leading the Advanced Execution Services sales initiatives across Asia, Europe/Middle East and the Americas. Prior to this, he was head of Advanced Execution Services’ sales for the Americas region since the launch of the group in 2002.
Mr Garnett said: Manny’s previous success in sales management and his considerable energy allow him to be well suited to address the global convergence of our clients’ multi asset class trading needs.
