Mr Villarreal joins Bibby after more than 15 years in the commercial finance business at Riviera Finance. In his capacity as vice president of operations, Mr Villarreal will ensure that the level of growth will be maintained through an aggressive expansion into the Houston area.
Mr Villarreal said: With Houston having one of the largest gulf ports and airports in the nation resulting in tremendous growth for the trucking industry, in addition to the booming oil and steel industries; Bibby has secured a strong position to service these opportunities by providing strategic lending and support for both factoring and asset based lending programs.
