Mr Gallagher has been serving as the senior vice president and chief lending officer of the bank since 2006. Prior to joining Allegiance, Mr Gallagher was executive vice president and chief lending officer for Continental Bank, where he was a key member of senior management from the start-up in 2005 and was responsible for the origination and administration of commercial and consumer lending.
