However, Miller will continue to serve as LMCM’s chairman and will manage the LMCM Opportunity portfolios, along with a number of other strategies.
In addition, LMCM has named Sam Peters as sole manager of its Value Trust and Value Equity strategy as well as chief investment officer for LMCM effective 30 April 2012.
Mary Gay will continue to serve as assistant portfolio manager for Value Trust, providing senior research and investment advice.
Peters will continue to co-manage the LMCM Special Investment Trust and Mid Cap strategy with Albert Grosman.
Peters joined Legg Mason Capital Management in 2005. He currently serves as the coportfolio
manager of LMCM Value Trust and the Value Equity strategy and of LMCM Special Investment Trust and the Mid Cap strategy, as well as a portfolio manager for LMCM’s Collective Alpha strategy.
