The bank said the new team is in tandem with the existing funds businesses in both Luxembourg and Jersey and solidifies Citi’s private equity capabilities in the EMEA space.
Citi private equity services provides accounting, reporting and administration services to the private equity and venture capital industry.
Citi Private Equity Services global head Joe Patellaro said with Kamran joining the team, Citi will have true leadership for private equity services business in the region. Kamran’s broad exposure throughout Citi and his experience with several markets, governments and client segments will be a critical factor as Citi expands private equity services in EMEA.
