The iLoans app allows customers to access their loan accounts on their mobile devices without the need to visit branch or call phone banking service.
Customers who have a home, auto, commercial vehicle or personal loan, can use the iLoans app to check account, disbursement and EMI details, schedule payments, generate IT certificate, get information about the nearest loan servicing branch, view multiple loan details and receive e-mail statements to registered and alternate e-mail address.
The iTrack app allows customers to check the status of deliveries, such as statements, letters and cheque books, made by the bank using their account number or airway bill number.
In addition, the app also provides for directly calling the customer care.
The two new apps are available for download on Google Play store and Apple App. iTrack is also available for downloads on the Windows Store.
